We want to thank everyone for a great year.  The awards banquet this year was held at Hunny’s 103 North Main Street, Guymon Oklahoma.  Kim and his crew served dinner and then the awards followed. Congratulations to Shaley Crawford, of Elkhart, Kansas on being our saddle winner for 2008!

OCTOBER 4, 2008 THE JUNIOR RODEO WORLD LOST AN ELITE ATHLETE.  "TWISTER" THE LITTLE BAY MARE OWNED AND RIDDEN BY MORGAN ROBSON DIED OF COMPLICATIONS FROM COLIC. SHE HAD A WILL TO WIN AND A HEART THE SIZE OF A F350. TWISTER WOULD HAVE RAN ON THREE LEGS IF SHE HAD TO. THAT NEVER WAIVERED THE WHOLE TIME SHE COMPETED. WE AT L & M ARENA WANT TO PAY HER TRIBUTE TO THIS GREAT HORSE, SHE WILL FOREVER BE IN OUR HEARTS AND MEMORIES.
